This website shows some of my past work and also some of my current work
I had an ambition to be an artist from my school days but ended up in the printing industry instead. Later I was fortunate enough to be able to study art and begin to make my own artwork.
I like a wide range art forms from painting to sculpture. I have used many different materials particularly in 3D forms.
My work is sometimes a bit reductionist which probably reflects my technological training.
Painting and drawing
I have always liked drawing, certainly since my school days. My mother was an accomplished artist and I am sure that is where my interest started. Figures drawing and cartoons I liked but do not recall being interested in or aware of landscapes or nature based subjects.
